Beef cubes, diced shiitake mushrooms, chili flakes, and nut pieces contain both thick sauces and solid particles, making them highly susceptible to a series of production problems such as particle blockage, uneven particle size, insufficient filling volume, dust and impurities inside the bottle, and gas buildup and spoilage at the seal. Ordinary liquid filling machines are simply not suitable for this, easily resulting in low yield, high waste, and inconsistent product quality.

GZFharvest has launched a fully automated filling line specifically designed for sauces with granules. The entire line is equipped with industry-standard features: air cleaning, simple UV sterilization, linear weighing filling, dual-head rotor pump filling, dual-head vacuum capping, and round bottle labeling. It is perfectly suited for sauces with high and low viscosity and mixed granules of various sizes, achieving fully automated mass production from empty bottle handling to finished product labeling.

Six-Process Closed-Loop Production Line

1. Air Blowing Cleaner: Pre-positioned high-pressure air blowing removes dust, debris, and impurities from the inside of empty bottles, solving the common problem of bottle contamination in sauce bottling.

2. UV Sterilization Channel: Performs basic antibacterial treatment on the bottle body and bottle mouth.

3. Linear Weighing and Filling Machine: Precisely weighs and measures granular sauces, avoiding the common problem of "too much sauce, too few granules" in traditional volumetric filling, solving the problem of inconsistent can sizes, and significantly improving the finished product qualification rate.

4. Dual-Head Rotary Pump Filling Machine: The core filling equipment of the entire line, specifically designed for large-particle, high-viscosity sauces. Smooth discharge without stringing or dripping, leaving clean bottles without sauce residue, maintaining a neat and aesthetically pleasing can even during high-speed mass production.

5. Dual-Head Vacuum Capping Machine: Dual-station synchronous operation, automatically vacuuming and locking the cap in one step. Effectively removes air from the can, preventing oxidation, souring, mold, and bloating of granular sauces, locking in the original aroma and flavor, and significantly extending shelf life. The capping force is even, with no slippage or loose caps, ensuring stable sealing and making it suitable for long-distance transportation and long-term storage.

6. Fully Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine: Intelligent correction ensures precise labeling, adaptable to various round sauce bottles, with flat, bubble-free, and straight labels, maintaining a consistent and aesthetically pleasing product appearance. This results in a neat and high-end appearance for canned sauces.

Suitable for: Beef sauce, mushroom sauce, garlic chili sauce, chopped chili sauce, nut sauce, granulated fruit jam, seafood sauce, and various thick sauces containing solid particles.
