The single head capping machine is compatible with various threaded bottle caps and can automatically complete the entire process of cap feeding and capping. The equipment uses servo drive, with precisely adjustable speed and torque, ensuring a tight seal while effectively protecting the bottle cap from damage. It is widely used in the beverage, condiment, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and can operate independently or be flexibly integrated into a complete automated packaging production line.
